1 Definitions and  Applicability

3 Account  Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account, including unauthorized access by a third party.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 2999 bed customer support immediately. The platform will not be liable for any loss resulting from failure to report in a timely manner.

Using another person's mobile banking account for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant balance will be seized and the account will be closed.

5 Bonuses and  Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

2999 bed offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a specified deposit amount must be made, and the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be used once per account.
• Account information may not be changed while a bonus is active.
• The bonus amount may not be withdrawn before the required wagering is completed.
• 2999 bed reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If any bonus is found to have been misused, it will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can advance through four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week at the applicable rate.

6 Betting and  Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only after it has been confirmed by 2999 bed. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error or loss of connection, it will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. For bets cancelled during an ongoing event, the decision of 2999 bed is final.

6.3 Erroneous Odds or Payouts

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical issue, 2999 bed reserves the right to correct or void the affected bets. The option to re-place bets at the correct odds will be provided.

6.4 Live Casino and Slot Games

7 Prohibited  Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person
• Strategically abusing the bonus system or promotional offers

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform

8 Limitation of  Liability

9 Dispute  Resolution

10 Changes to  Terms

11 Account  Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by 2999 bed

For any violation of these terms, 2999 bed may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited; how much of the original deposited funds will be returned depends on the outcome of the investigation.
